Bloom The Art Project X DLR Street Art Project X Crosscare Youth Service - our biggest community collaboration mural project we have done to date.
We are so chuffed to have been part of such an amazing project and to get to work with the young people of Crosscare Youth Service and with members of the Dun Laoghaire community to create this mural. So many hands helped with this mural and we are very proud of how it has turned out for each of them.
This kind of project is the essence of what we do and what we want to achieve - creating meaningful artwork, stories and memories with local communities, a way of communicating to the world who we are, that we are here, and we have something to say. What a celebration of community itself.
The theme of this mural is "Making Dreams a Reality" - an illustration of what Crosscare Youth Service and the services it provides benefits young people in the area and helps make dreams come true! A safe space for making friends, learning new things and escaping their day to day stress.
